I have a song in my head this afternoon or at least a seed of a song.

“Can’t we just pretend we’re going nowhere?
lighten up and take it day by day?
remember the good times we had together
and all the friends we made along the way”

Get it on paper!

I just spent 2 days trying to remember a chord  to a song I had written last year. I thought I had covered myself, I recorded the song when I wrote it. I wrote out the lyrics and saved them on my computer. You would think that would be enough.. guess not. Document your songs in whatever method you can.. I almost lost this one.

Now that’s a bold statement, let me step back from that a bit. I understand women better than I used to. Thanks to WNYC’s  Radio Lab Podcast.  And as I always expected our differences apear to be tied to the evolution of our spicies. We had our final rehearsal before the show last night and it really felt tight. We only get a half hour on stage but that just means we can put our very best foot forward
